First Boating/Tubing Trip of the Summer

We took the little boat out to Utah Lake on Friday and gave it a go. The engine was having some issues, so Dave and I were too heavy to pull, but the boys really enjoyed it. Ah, to weigh practically nothing. At first, Miles was happy just to watch his brothers, but once Dad got into the water, he wanted to get in, which led to him eventually wanting to get in the tube with Jett and get pulled by the boat. That was really fun for him. I'd say it was a pretty successful boating trip.

It's been getting pretty hot around here, which means covering everyone in sunscreen every couple hours. I bought myself a quality rash guard shirt just for everyday swimming because I'm tired of always missing spots and forgetting to reapply. So I only have to worry about my neck and face now (my legs neither burn nor tan, so I usually just forget about those). This was my first time wearing it and I was surprised at how cool I stayed despite it being black and long sleeved. Definitely worth the purchase I would say.
