On the 29th of November, Jett and the entire 2nd grade got to sing at the Festival of Trees in Sandy. The grade had also raised money to decorate and donate one of the trees. I had gone up to watch them sing earlier in the day, but we didn't get a lot of time to look at everything. Jett loved having me there and I thought he and his class did a really good job.
The boys all wanted to go so we ended up going on December 1st while my parents were in town. I don't normally go do things like the festival because of...people. I hate being in crowds. I knew I had made a huge mistake when we couldn't find a parking space. And I really regretted not bringing along an anxiety med. It really stressed me out and I had to keep reminding myself to breathe. The boys seemed to have fun. They really liked the bubble station where they surround you in a giant bubble, they also got to paint an ornament, Cruise decorated and donated a stuffed bear, and we bought some really good fudge. But it was way over-crowded and I probably will never go ever again. Ever. Mommy don't do crowds.
