Mother's Day

Mother's Day was pretty good! Although, I'm starting to not like breakfast in bed so much anymore...

 The boys made me pancakes, an egg, and hot cocoa. It was all so very delicious. Then the troops came in and gave me my Mother's Day presents.

I got a whole bunch of sweets from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. They only lasted a day. I regret nothing. 

I got this funny card from Dave.

And I got a gift certificate to Juicy Nails to get a pedicure! I'm definitely looking forward to that.

And here are the handmade gifts that really are the best gifts ever. Cruise made this cute daffodil picture at school and a bunch of papers he filled out for me.

This one was funny because I asked him why I was as nice as a bee since bees sting you. Dave jumped on that one and said, "Because as long as you don't bug her, she won't hurt you!" Good one Dave.

After presents, I went back to sleep. Ha ha! It was great! Then I woke up and got ready for church. Dave took care of feeding the boys breakfast and lunch and got them all ready for church! It was great! AND we were early too!

After church, Dave made a rainbow trout dinner.

And then...I took a long nap. I think I spent half the day sleeping. What can I say? I really love sleep.
Honestly, the best Mother's Days are the ones I get to sleep as much as I want and I don't have to make meals. Thanks, Dave, for making my Mother's Day a perfect one!
