A couple weeks ago, Char and her fam all came up from Georgia and I couldn't believe how big the kids have gotten! The last time I saw them all was a couple years ago when Abby was pregnant with baby #1. Anyway, they got in on the 5th and then I was able to go to lunch with them and Abby's family on the 6th, while Dave and Miles were fishing and Cruise & Jett were at school. We ate at India Palace in Provo and then walked around the temple. The weather was kind of perfect. Then on the 7th, we met them at Bridal Veil and did the little hike/walk up to the waterfall. It was pretty cold so we headed to Kneaders for cocoa afterwards.
On the 8th, we went to Scott & Ally Condie's and had a potluck with them and Char's family. Sadly I didn't get any photos, but it was so fun to catch up with everyone; I haven't been able to get with Ally for a long time, so it only made sense to have a dinner with all of them together. I made a gluten-free cake for Charlotte, and a regular cake for Ian, Scott & Ally's son who was also having a birthday that week. We got to sing to both of them and Miles helped Char blow out her candles.
I wish I would've gotten more photos, but I loved seeing everyone and catching up.
