Farewell Pablito

One of my orphans, Pablo, in Ecuador passed away yesterday. You can read a bit about him here. All I really can say about this boy is that he was amazing. Over the 21 years of life, he endured more than any other person I know...and he still smiled. I think anyone who spent time with Pablo knew that they were in the presence of someone incredibly special. He couldn't talk, couldn't walk, but he could laugh and smile. He could look deep into your soul with those big brown eyes and communicated love so easily. I am grateful to know that he is surely in the presence of our Heavenly Father and no longer carries the burden of his former disability and handicap. I love you Pablo! Thank you for touching my life in such a special way.
